  12. I'm using SupraFax V.32bis modem. It always connects this site 
  13. at 9600bps. This is ok, because it's the highest supported speed
  14. of this site. However, sometimes my modem lowers the speed 
  15. because of line noise. Then the speed is 4800bps. How can I
  16. raise the speed back to 9600bps? I don't want to force my
  17. modem to maintain 9600bps always, but sometimes I want to transfer 
  18. files and I'd like to use higher speed without hanging up and
  19. dialing again. How could I do that?
