- At any rate, for what it's worth. I called Telebit and asked them
- about this a few months ago and was told that they do plan to offer an
- upgrade to V.fast when it becomes a standard. This was not an official
- announcement of support, nor was it a promise of an inexpensive upgrade
- path. All that we can really surmise from this casual conversaton is
- that Telebit will support the next major standard. Which we all should
- have assumed amyway.
