- So you've tried one PPI unit, which doesn't work for you, and one USR unit,
- which does... I would definitely suggest getting in touch with PPI's tech
- support folks and arranging to get a replacement PPI, _or_ being a little
- more diplomatic with your choice of words ("no hope for a product with
- quality as cheap as this"). Yeah, there are bad units out there. But
- that'll happen with anything, from modems to turnip twaddlers. ;)
