  23. Yes, I can tell you something about Zoom modems, although I certainly 
  24. haven't seen ALL of them. However, based on my experience with them,
  25. my advice would be to stay away from it. The modems have problems and
  26. it's not easy to reach their Tech Support OR their Warranty Service
  27. people - you always get an answering machine, it seems. I didn't like
  28. that very much, nor did I like the problems that the modem itself was 
  29. having.
