  13. I use a ZyXEL U-1496E on a NeXTstation NeXTstep R3.0 and was sofar  
  14. successful in connecting to a PBX with distinctive dialtone for UUCP by  
  15. inserting an <ATX3> sequence in the config-file and prepending a <0W>  
  16. seqence to the designated phone nunber.

  18. Now I would need to do the same to the setup of NXFaxMonitor (or somewhere  
  19. else in the faxmodem setup)!

  21. Do I need to create a local profile on my modem and modify the UUCP config  
  22. to reset to this profile?

  24. How can I get the <0W> sequence prepended to the fax number (inset on the  
  25. panel? insert into the adress book?)
