  17. That has not been my experience.  I always get 16.8k with ZyXEL's BBS, and
  18. have never gotten less than 16.8k with any ZyXEL, local or long-distance.  I
  19. haven't called a lot of numbers, but from Portland, OR I have called The
  20. Dalles, OR (where my Supra wouldn't connect at all unless I locked it to
  21. 9600), Tulsa, OK, and Grapevine, TX with excellent results.
