  20. Mr Webb returned my call within a few hours. Allow me to pass on what he
  21. told me:

  23.     The 3260fast (with a free upgrade using ROMs to true V.fast once
  24. available) has a list of $1,395. Internet users are being offered a 30%
  25. discount, so it comes to $976.50. The 3260 and 3220+ (both V.32bis) were
  26. quoted at $1,095 and $795 respectively. Though the 30% discount above does
  27. not officially apply to these latter modems, Webb wants to add them to the
  28. program. In the meantime, he seems eager to work something out.
