- Mr Webb returned my call within a few hours. Allow me to pass on what he
- told me:
-
- The 3260fast (with a free upgrade using ROMs to true V.fast once
- available) has a list of $1,395. Internet users are being offered a 30%
- discount, so it comes to $976.50. The 3260 and 3220+ (both V.32bis) were
- quoted at $1,095 and $795 respectively. Though the 30% discount above does
- not officially apply to these latter modems, Webb wants to add them to the
- program. In the meantime, he seems eager to work something out.
