- This is incorrect. The "F" stands for "fast", not FIFO. Anything with an "a"
- revision level (16550A or up) will have the FIFO buffers enableable. At
- normal PC data rates (less than 115kbps or so), the "F" parameter is not
- *necessary*, though I'm sure that some sleep easier with it.
