  14. Telix 3.20 is now available.  The MODEMCFG.EXE program has a much better
  15. setup for the 16.8 Dual Standard than what version 3.15 had.  I got it from
  16. a local BBS, but it is probably available FTP somewhere...  Dated 12-10-92,
  17. check it out!
