  15. I have some minor problems with my 400 (internal).  Like it won't
  16. connect with European fax #'s.  Tech support is less than great, but
  17. I've dealt with worse.  The modem is excellent.  I can only comment on
  18. the Windows software that ships with it.  Faxability is good, but not
  19. exactly feature rich.

  21. I've never seen a competing board that consistently is rated higher.  So
  22. much depends on how you use it, and what's installed in your computer.
