- Just a couple comments. First, Q&E works OK from MS Windows
- to Sybase if you are using Sybase's w3dblib.dll. Make sure you have
- a current Sybase (not microsoft) dblib.
- On a Mac, I've been using DataPrism from Brio Technology for
- doing queries. They support Open Client for Macs and MacTCP (and lots
- others for both but I'm partial) and also export data compatible with
- excel (ie, as an excel application, or with an excel fork, or whatever
- it is), lotus and others (it's cute, you know, like the Mac ;-). Type
- the export datafile name and it brings it up in excel.
- A version for MS Windows was to be released on 12/11 though I
- do not yet have it. Presumably it will allow you to port queries from
- Macs to Windows.
