  12.     Just a couple comments. First, Q&E works OK from MS Windows
  13. to Sybase if you are using Sybase's w3dblib.dll. Make sure you have
  14. a current Sybase (not microsoft) dblib.
  15.     On a Mac, I've been using DataPrism from Brio Technology for
  16. doing queries. They support Open Client for Macs and MacTCP (and lots
  17. others for both but I'm partial) and also export data compatible with
  18. excel (ie, as an excel application, or with an excel fork, or whatever
  19. it is), lotus and others (it's cute, you know, like the Mac ;-). Type
  20. the export datafile name and it brings it up in excel.
  21.     A version for MS Windows was to be released on 12/11 though I
  22. do not yet have it. Presumably it will allow you to port queries from
  23. Macs to Windows.
