  16. There is an undocumented feature in INFORMIX-4GL and INFORMIX-SQL
  17. (it is documented in the INFORMIX-Quickstep manual though) that
  18. makes screendumps:

  20. Set the environment variable DBSCREENDUMP to a filename.

  22. When pressing ctlr-p inside of a 4GL program or inside ISQL, 
  23. the current screen will be dumped to the file.

  25. Graphics characters and effects are not handled well, though.
