  20. one.
  21. There is a PC based packed (it might be called zipkey, but don't quote
  22. me
  23. on that).  From what I remember of it, you can look up by zipcode or
  24. by town name or partial town name, etc..  It seemed quite complete.
  25. I believe that the author offers yearly updates.  You can probably
  26. find this program in any relatively large Public Domain/Shareware
  27. catalog
  28. and order a trial copy of it.  Paying the registration fee (very
  29. reasonable
  30. from what I remember) will of course get you the latest version of the
  31. data files.   Hope this helps.
