  17. You can always start with the Personal Programmer, PPROG, that comes with
  18. Paradox.  Basically, it prompts you through the design of an application
  19. and then writes the PAL for it.  Obviously, it doesn't have every option,
  20. and is [admittedly] not suited for multi-user applications, but it can be
  21. used to write a framework, to be filled in by a human programmer.
