- I'm sure you may have wondered just who are the 'key' people in each
- of the major database areas and why are they considered 'key'? (
- I deliberately leave the definition of 'key' up to *you* )

- Now each of us probably have an idea on who we think are 'key' and
- why - this will undoubtedly differ from person to person.

- One possible definition of 'key' is an author of a article/book that
- has been cited again and again. (eg. Ullman )

- I would like to create a ranked list of "frequency of being cited" (
- most cited to least cited ) of such authors and see what the resulting
- list looks like.
