  14. I'm sure you may have wondered just who are the 'key' people in each
  15. of the major database areas and why are they considered 'key'? (
  16. I deliberately leave the definition of 'key' up to *you* )
  17.  
  18. Now each of us probably have an idea on who we think are 'key' and
  19. why - this will undoubtedly differ from person to person.
  20.  
  21. One possible definition of 'key' is an author of a article/book that
  22. has been cited again and again. (eg. Ullman )
  23.  
  24. I would like to create a ranked list of "frequency of being cited" (
  25. most cited to least cited ) of such authors and see what the resulting
  26. list looks like.

  29. copy of it?"
