  12. We are about to implement some form of Vector Quantization for
  13. reserach purposes. Before doing this I'm asking if there is any
  14. Pascal- or C-sources available of VQ?

  16. Also I'm looking for some specifications of PCX-format. I have
  17. routines that can read and write version 2 and 3 PCX Run Length 
  18. format (b&w-images only). However, now I have an image that my 
  19. routines can't read properly, and that image is in version 5.
