  12. The FAQ for this group says that H.261 spec is found on src.doc.ic.ac.uk 
  13. in /doc/ccitt-standards/ccitt/1992/h/h261.doc.Z, but I am unable to find
  14. the directory /doc/ccitt-standards on that machine.  Does anyone know 
  15. where it really is?  Or does anyone know of another machine where the spec
  16. can be found?  Please send me e-mail if you know the answer.
