  32. It should take them 6 months to figure out what they have (furniture, bodies,
  33. liabilities, equipment).  They may have an idea on where they want to go
  34. with it, but I doubt it is well thought out and will probably change in 6 months.
  35. I think USL will look the same on the inside for the next year.  You may
  36. see superficial changes on the outside.  This is my observation of typical
  37. stupid mergers.  Look at the Borland takeover of Ashton-Tate.
