- 4dos, right? Rmail and the Waffle utility suite all know how to handle
- command lines so this doesn't happen. BUT... if you are using a
- third-party accessory program that calls rmail, you may see this effect.
- It means the external program is passing a command to rmail with the
- system() command. Bad stuff, Maynard!

- Dumping 4dos isn't a very good solution. The most likely candidates are
- wrapper programs (like around rmail) and server programs. Also, you'll
- see this if you enter an address directly from the command line. In
- this case, either double the % sign, or preface it with a ^X (or
- whatever you've set your 4dos escape character to)
