  17. I don't have Jabber. But I have noticed some messages FROM Jabber popping up
  18. in some of my newsgroups (imported from another network), and apparently
  19. Jabber uses some non-ASCII quote character that just doesn't show up on my
  20. Waffle system. This makes some messages (those with lots of embedded quotes)
  21. awfully hard to read.
