  11. Any Wafflers who happen to follow jock-college football will have observed
  12. that in recent years most of the bowl games have been renamed after various
  13. commercial interests.  Believe it or not, one of Today's games was called the 
  14. "IBM OS/2 Fiesta Bowl"!!  Tom Dell, are you going to be upstaged by IBM?
  15. You'd better start planning now for the 1994 Waffle Bowl!  With a couple of
  16. teams and a place to play, you can burn Waffle into the consciousness of the
  17. American public right alongside of OS/2!  A Silicon Valley site for the game
  18. would be most appropriate, of course, e.g. Stanford Stadium or Candlestick 
  19. Park.  For teams, I suggest UC Berkeley (Unix) vs U of Washington or U of 
  20. Seattle (MS-DOS).  Maybe you could even get the International House of Pan-
  21. cakes to help with the funding.  (BTW, I  don't want any credit for the idea;
  22. just consider it to be my gift to the Waffle community!)  :^)
