- Ok, maybe those of you who already have helldiver working can lend me a hand.
- I've got helldiver set up, but when I run it, I have three problems:
-
- 1. The subjects for all articles in a news group say 'out of memory'
-
- 2. I'm getting the 'can't create a temp file' error when trying to post a new
- article.
-
- 3. The subscription listing only includes alt groups.
-
-
-
- I'm trying to run helldiver via Invisible net (a peer-to-peer network). My
- Waffle system runs on a 386 which is set up as an invisible net server. My 486
- is set up as a workstation machine. I'm using Waffle right now under Windows
- on the 486, so I know that all of my static params are configured ok for
- Waffle.
-
- My 486 has 4 meg of memory. I'm running Windows with a 7 meg permanant swap
- file, and yes, I do have the TEMP environment variable set.
-
- Any suggestions? Email please. The signal-to-noise ratio is getting pretty
- bad here lately. TIA.
