  23. Since I had been using a gazillion command-line tricks and apps, I got a
  24. copy of DESQview.  If I had had turned down the other aisle at the store,
  25. I probably would have purchased Windows.  In any event, I use DV and poke
  26. fun at Windows.  BUT!!!!  Now I have (drum roll, please)...  LINUX, a
  27. freely-distributable Unix clone.  Runs cnews, smail, x-windows, etc.,
  28. *AND* Waffle.  Eight virtual consoles, etc.

  30. Now, with a couple of WD8003 network cards... :)
