  11. a substantial upgrade to procc v0.3 has been placed on halcyon.com and
  12. should be available as /pub/waffle/news/procc-04.zip (replacing the
  13. procc-03.zip that's there now) eventually.

  15. it lets you selectively choose which actions to perform, updates your
  16. waffle/words/usenet and waffle/system/usenet files on newgroups and
  17. rmgroups (newgroups give you descriptions and can do moderated groups)
