- Hell no.... the CTRL-Z (CTRL='^') sequence is the MS-DOS end-of-file
- marker. When most programs get a hold of a CTRL-Z, they consider the file
- to be at the end. Its no more a bug than saying that if an author puts a
- page marked "THE END" on page 52 of a 200 page book, its the author's
- fault because everyone ASSUMED that "THE END" actually meant what it
- implies. Is it his fault that you didn't know to look past "THE END", even
- though to do so would break every rule you've ever been taught? It's a
- loose analogy, but you get the point.
