  14. OI'm running remote access bbs under os/2.  It crashes my machine when someone
  15. takes a file directory.  It gives me a black screen with tons of nonsense
  16. number to write down.  It sais to write this number down and tell you
  17. service representative.

  21. Of course, i searched every manual in my os/2 box and no service support
  22. number ANYwhere.  I guess IBM doesn't want to take time/resources to help
  23. customers?  Maybe thats what is killing them, they are too far away from
  24. interacting with customers.
