  12.    I've got a question that is so unusual (for me) that I don't even know which  
  13. newsgroup is appropriate for a request for information on where to go to ask  
  14. for an answer.  Boy, that got convoluted.  Anyway, where would I post a request  
  15. for information on public-access UNIX, specifically for access to News, in the  
  16. Vancouver, BC area?  Something similar to netcom or The Well, but available as  
  17. a *local* modem dialup in Vancouver.
