  23. Massachusetts I believe... Involved with DragoNet. It's a hack of the
  24. Telegard 2.5k source code that went around a year back. I hear it has some
  25. very nice improvements over 2.5k, but Telegard 2.7 is relatively new and
  26. the upgrade package should be out soon.
