- This suits me fine. Your help, Samuel is welcome, as always. One
- problem with my FAQ method is that it might deter others from giving
- useful answers. That is not my purpose. The advantage of FAQs is
- that there are likely to be less errors than in spontaneous answers
- (Samuel's in fact partly comes from his own "FAQ" collection

- Users, if you haven't. I can guarantee it will be worth your
- while). Another advantage of FAQs is that they teach users the
- actual skills to look for material and to solve problems.
