- No. There is nothing wrong with my understanding, this time. My
- advice was is not based on a misunderstanding how this works.
- Rather it is based on doing things in a responsible way. I my
- original posting I carefully tried to convey that I am *NOT*
- sanctioning beating the shareware concept with questionable
- practices like patching the product to circuvent its intentional
- limitations. I know perfectly well that my method does not remove
- the goodbye screen from Telix. Nor is it meant to, but to restore
- the original screen. I think that you missed the big picture, even
- if technically you are right in a strict sense.
