  18. Speaking for myself, the answer for Garbo is that msdos-ann is a
  19. subset for my announcements in the comp.archives.msdos.announce
  20. newsgroup.  Thus from that angle you only need
  21. comp.archives.msdos.announce to keep up to date with the Garbo
  22. developments.  I would guess that Keith will give you a similar
  23. answer.  The msdos-ann list will be continued however, because there
  24. are many users outside the net who can subscribe to the mailing list
  25. but cannot connect to the news.
