  27. I would be careful using the -G protocols. The -G protocols are intended
  28. for modems with error correcting protocols. (eg. MNP and V.32). The non
  29. -G protocols are slightly slower than the -G counterparts, but they do
  30. guarantee the integrity of the file where the -G protocols rely on the
  31. modem-modem error corrections which only provide block-block integrity.
