  11. Can someone provide me the information whether the CMU-Tech Reports are 
  12. available for ftp or not.If not how can one access them(i.e. address /e-mail
  13. etc,whom to contact) .I am currently working on a Handwriting recognition
  14. project using Time Delayed Neural Nets and am in search of some papers which
  15. appeared in previous CMU-Tech Reports.
