  15. We have a book:
  16.         C/C++ for EXPERT SYSTEMS
  17.    Author:    David Hu
  18.    Publisher:   MIS Press
  19. Which comes with program listings on DISKETTE, but we can not find the
  20. diskette.  I tried to call the MIS press and their phone number is
  21. disconnected.  Does anybody know the publisher's new phone number or
  22. where I can obtain the source code?
