- In my experience the complaints have been minor, and I'm not quite
- sure how they deal with mechanical trades, I don't have their info
- anymore. A couple of quotes from one of their ads, though.
- 1. During the first year the Program guarantees the Reg. Builder will
- repair defects occurring in workmanship and material.
- 2. For an additional four years, should a major structural defect occur,
- the program assumes the liability and makes the necessary repair.

- I haven't had the misfortune to work with any deadbeat builders. On all the
- projects I worked on everything was thoroughly tested long before occupancy.
- You sometimes get failed joints and such but with lots of time to fix it.
