- The end of the year reminded me about a case that made a little news
- last year. If anyone knows the details, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

- As I recall, a gentleman in Alberta? had claimed child care expenses
- against his wife as if they were daycare expenses. The argument was
- that the tax act was discriminatory against the fact that the woman
- was his wife, when she did, indeed, fufill all the functions of a daycare
- centre.

- This is a tad fuzzy, I'll admit, since it was primarily a teaser on
- the CBC news at the time, and the case had not actually been tried.
