  13. The end of the year reminded me about a case that made a little news
  14. last year. If anyone knows the details, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

  16. As I recall, a gentleman in Alberta? had claimed child care expenses
  17. against his wife as if they were daycare expenses. The argument was
  18. that the tax act was discriminatory against the fact that the woman
  19. was his wife, when she did, indeed, fufill all the functions of a daycare
  20. centre.

  22. This is a tad fuzzy, I'll admit, since it was primarily a teaser on
  23. the CBC news at the time, and the case had not actually been tried.
