  12. Like Jim, I agree with the idea of making it less easy to get UIC. I have
  13. watched one family go from one spouse working while the other spouse
  14. collected UIC to the reverse and then repeat the cycle - thatis not what UIC
  15. was for folks! It is to help the single-earner family that suffers a
  16. calamatous period of unemployment so they will have food and shelter. What
  17. it has become is a tool for people to get a living without working.
