- Like Jim, I agree with the idea of making it less easy to get UIC. I have
- watched one family go from one spouse working while the other spouse
- collected UIC to the reverse and then repeat the cycle - thatis not what UIC
- was for folks! It is to help the single-earner family that suffers a
- calamatous period of unemployment so they will have food and shelter. What
- it has become is a tool for people to get a living without working.
