  26. RFC1386 mentions Western Union list. It probably covers Canada as well. It
  27. also mentions that it is not that great. E.g. the names are not always
  28. mnemonic.

  30. Don't forget that the Post Office already has a well documented list
  31. of Canadian cities. In fact characterized right down to individual blocks
  32. in most cases. It qualifies as a government agency. It's prepared and
  33. ready for pickup at your local post office or library. Just ask for
  34. the Postal Code book.
