  13. I don't think so (cause its the front passengers that then officer can see
  14. if you have your seat belt on or not (since most of those are now shoulder
  15. staps belts. but the officer cant see if rear passenger have their
  16. seatbelts on-untill after he has pulled you over. for not wearing the
  17. seatbelt, then everyone who is not wearing seatbelt would probally get a
  18. ticket.
