  25. As far as I know it does.  So if a passenger in the back seat is not
  26. wearing a seatbelt, the *driver* is the one that gets the ticket. I
  27. personally do not think it is a good law.  It does not take an act of
  28. congress for me to use my seat belt.  Always have, always will.

  30. If someone does not want to wear their seat belt, that is fine with me.
  31. Let natural selection take its course and remove them from the gene pool.
