- I am almost certain that the geographic smog check changed a year or
- so ago, at least according to the smog check brochure sent with the
- renewal. All counties are now included. I pay close attention to
- the rules (especially that blasted 20 year old NOT!! Now it's 1966
- and newer) since I have several bothersome vehicles to register.
