  18.     OK.  You'll appreciate this.  I had a crisis moment in
  19. Filene's department store this afternoon.  I had just bought my
  20. wedding dress and was walking towards the elevators when my wedding
  21. became "Reality" in a sudden flash (maybe it was the price of the
  22. dress..).  My knees gave out, and my girlfriend grabbed me and asked
  23. me what was the matter.  I told her, "I want my virtual life back."

  25.     We then proceeded to shoe shop like possessed fiends.  I've
  26. never bought 3 pairs of shoes on the same day in my entire life.  Good
  27. thing this is all going to be over soon.
