  13. Well, spent the last 6 hours cleaning up my flat; now have an hour to
  14. kill before I go for the 5:30 tube out to heathrow to meet miss piggy.

  16. I hope she appreciates this.  5am is my bedtime usually.

  18. Oh - today's news: the new job (with a likelihood of a trip or two
  19. to providence) has been postponed for two or three months :-(

  21. I can't make up my mind if I can be bothered finding something else
  22. for the time inbetween or be really indulgent and have three months
  23. off.  (I've still got 2 days a week at my old place).  I've *very*
  24. tempted to have a bit of a sabbatical but I'm not sure I can
  25. afford it.  I guess I'd better go do my sums.  Is it possible to
  26. live off 13K a year? Ho hum...

  28. Hey - new toy!:  I've got a Sony Data Discman on loan for a few
  29. weeks with a dozen or so data CDs - some fresh from the mint WORMS
  30. of stuff not out yet.
