  18. Hmm...I don't have a yard, so I don't know about these things, but
  19. I doubt if we have that kind of regulation around here (though some
  20. suburbs might--others on the list can speak to that better).  I think
  21. you can grow what you want on your own property. But this *is* a rural
  22. area.
