- What's the status of blackberry vines where you are? Here, they're considered
- a 'noxious weed' and we're not allowed to grow them in our backyards. This
- always struck me as strange since the local nursery still sells young vines.
- We have to find wild vines growing in the bush.... usually on Council
- property - they prosecute anyone who grows them but they're a bit lax in
- cleaning up their own backyard.... which is just as well, otherwise we could
- only get the tinned variety from other states or overseas.
