  29. GOTCHA!  The version in this book calls for turkey or chicken gizzards, 
  30. chicken duck or turkey livers, sausage or bacon drippings, onions, green pepper
  31. [bell pepper, not hot] garlic, chicken broth, black and cayenne pepper,
  32. parsley, green onions, and of course white rice.
