- You're right; "lucky" was a bad choice of words. What I meant was, life's
- a tradeoff; women have made a lot of gains over the past few decades; the
- ability to take chances is one of them, as Paglia says. Catcalls are bad,
- but IMHO it's a small price to pay for everything attractive women now
- have access to in modern society.

- Don, you hit it right on the head, and said what I intended a lot better
- than I did. Like I tried to say before, attractive women will get bugged
- in public, but all they need to do is keep their head on their shoulders
- and they'll, in all likelihood, have a highly successful and happy life.
- Unfortunately, less attractive women, while not having to deal with the
- catcalls as often, will find themselves locked out of so much in life that
- they deserve to experience just as much as the others.
