  12. My colleague Mark Ingram (known to lurk occasionally on Words-L) gave me
  13. my Christmas present yesterday -- a Claudia Schiffer calendar, shot on
  14. the island of St. Barth's!  (I will consult my atlas later.)  I think
  15. I have a spot right here -- yes! -- above my pc.  Perfect.

  17. For some reason, this calendar includes all the holidays of Australia
  18. and New Zealand, so I may be doing some multiculturally diverse celebrating
  19. next year.  I will surely need Carolyn's help with some of these occasions.
  20. Just to take an example at random -- The Queen's Birthday:

  23.   14 June  -  Australia -- all states except Western Australia
  24.   27 Sept. -  Western Australia

  26. I count at least five different Labour Days, two Australia Days, two
