  18. It probably means that that person simply isn't <well-connected>.  I,
  19. personally, am right proud to be on the list, even though various
  20. acts of God have prevented my maintaining the BWP status that I once
  21. enjoyed.  The controller went down again, as you all may have guessed.
  22. It now has a new <power> supply, thanks to Mr. IBM with the bad breath.
