  11. OK, so I'm reading the messages about using the various memory
  12. manager (Not very carefully, mind you, I'm not having any problems.)
  13. and I keep noticing people pointing out '... if you want to load
  14. your TSR's high ...'  and I think to myself 'WHY?'  Hey, I'm using
  15. Windows, I don't NEED TSR's!  Am I missing something here?  Unless
  16. you are still mucking about with some archaic DOS programs, why
  17. the heck would anyone want a TSR?   ... or am I missing something.
